Anne Holbrook Interior Design is a design studio built on curiosity, a strong point of view and the belief that nobody has a monopoly on good ideas.
A strong idea. Clearly articulated. Thoughtfully led. Beautifully made.AHID was founded in Portland, Oregon and is expanding to Spain in 2026, with Barcelona as a new point of orientation. The move opens another place from which to look, learn and design, across residential, hospitality and retail, in the U.S., Spain and beyond.

Spain isn't new territory for me. I studied Spanish in college and lived in Sevilla, experiences that shaped how I see the world long before I became a designer. Returning now with AHID feels less like discovering a new place and more like beginning a new chapter in a place that has never left me.
I'm at Feria de Hábitat to look closely, ask better questions and build relationships with the designers, makers, manufacturers and collaborators shaping design here. Not simply to bring Spanish ideas back to the U.S. but to explore what can happen when ideas, perspectives and ways of making move in both directions.
